Mark had this to say when we asked him to tell us a bit about himself:
Once upon a time I was that kid who could draw but KNEW he’d end up in comics, so why go to college? Funny how things don’t go as planned when you don’t have a plan. I joined the reserves, then met my best friend in the world and convinced her to marry me. After bouncing around a bit we finally settled down in Omaha last year. Now we’re expecting our first child and I’m the old guy in community college going for a degree in Electronic Imaging and Media Arts. So after ten years of good-paying but unsatisfying jobs, I’m finally making my way into comic book art full time and life is great. I love it when a plan comes together.
